Brand Templates

  • To make it easier for everyone to adopt our new brand look, MarCom has created a series of templates for Office 365. They include all the brand elements needed for you to build materials that look professional and represent the university well.

    Windows users will find these templates available when they create a new document in PowerPoint or Word. Mac users, and anyone else who doesn’t have them installed, can download the templates from this page.

    Tip for Mac users: to make these templates easier to find and use, save them as personal templates:

    1. Go to File and select Save as Template.
    2. Choose an appropriate name and save.

    This template features our woodgrain texture and brand art on the title and second header layouts. Other layouts keep branding to a minimum to allow more room for content.

    Post with text ‘Opening of University College’ and a picture of a professor helping a studentFive branded designs for posters are included in this PowerPoint template. For best results, use only a single design for a single event. (Using more than one poster will make your event harder to recognize.)

    Electronic Letterhead

    We can work with you to create electronic letterhead to use in digital communications for your office, department, or division. Contact our brand management team at brand-management@iup.edu for more information and to start the process.

  • Email Signature

    Email-Signature-Template-215x200This template is a basic email signature for the Outlook email client.

    • Using Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge (Internet Explorer is not compatible), complete the below form with your information. Note, some fields are optional.
    • Click the Submit button to generate your email signature.
    • Review your information. If you need to make a change, you can fill out the form again, and resubmit. (You’ll also be able to make changes in Outlook later.)
    • Click the Copy to Clipboard button. You should receive an alert if the content copied successfully.
    • You’re ready to create a signature in your preferred Outlook system using the directions below.
