You can join a Zoom meeting by using an e-mail invitation.
Join the meeting from your desktop, laptop, or Mac by clicking on the link next to the label "Join from PC, Mac, IOS, or Android" in the e-mail invitation. If you cannot click on the link, copy and paste the web address into a web browser. You can also join by phone. You will need to use the information in the "Or join by phone" section of the e-mail invitation.
Note: If you are going to use a mobile device, you will need to download the Zoom app for ether IOS or Android devices.
If Zoom is not already installed, you will be prompted to install the Zoom app. Click onYes. If you are not prompted to install the app, select Download and run Zoom. If you would like to join from a web page, select Join from Your Browser.
Click on the green Join with Computer Audio button to use your computer audio. You will enter the Zoom Meeting.
