Information for Submitting a Form
- All Softdoc forms are available via MyIUP or by logging in to forms.iup.edu and browsing to the appropriate area.
Information for Approving a Form in Workflow
- If you are an approver in a workflow, you will receive an email message when something comes into your queue to be acted upon. You can also log in to forms.iup.edu and check your Softdocs “Inbox” for any items assigned to you.
If you encounter errors or have problems with form content, please file an ihelp ticket so it can be directed to the appropriate office to address.
