Our central systems operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week except for the following dates/times:

Standard Weekly System Maintenance:

  • Occurs every Thursday from 4:30 a.m. until 7:30 a.m.

Pre-determined Scheduled Downtime:

  • From time to time, downtimes of central system services are needed for special maintenance or upgrades. These scheduled downtimes will be announced via the daily IUP news email or via the main IT Support Center as needed.
