This form is for IUP students holding an F-1 visa only. Students eligible for this are those who do not already receive another waiver or graduate assistantship from IUP. This waiver is for those in financial need.

Students must explain how their finances have changed since they applied to IUP and will not be eligible for this award until their third semester at IUP. (Students already were reviewed for this award if admitted to IUP, and demonstrated financial ability to pay for at least 2 semesters at IUP). Please wait at least 7-10 business days for a response via e-mail from the Office of International Education.
