Hospitality Management Students Gain Valuable Insights at La Prima Coffee Roasters Tour

Students in the Hotel, Restaurant, Tourism, and Event Management program had the opportunity to embark on a valuable field trip to La Prima Coffee Roasters, a renowned local coffee roastery. The tour provided students with a unique opportunity to learn about the coffee-making process from bean to cup, gaining invaluable insights into the industry.

On January 11, Culinary Academy faculty Chef Thomas Barnes and Chef Erin Reed attended the Pennsylvania Farm Show in Harrisburg, PA, accompanied by select culinary and baking students.
