This event is designed to offer male-identifying and masculine-presenting individuals at IUP an opportunity to examine the role masculinity plays in society, both negatively and positively. The program is free and open to the community. Haven is excited to be part of the Six O’Clock Series.

Members of the panel will include Joe Van Hannak, IUP Counseling Center faculty; Blanton Tolbert, UBORA representative; Luke Mock of Student Government Assembly and Andale; Melvin Gordon of Alpha Phi Alpha; Freeman Wilson, IUP Football; Joshua Kelly, professor of theater; and Afik Zaarur, PsyD graduate student.
During the event, attendees will have the chance to visit resource tables, enjoy free wings and desserts, listen to a panel discussion, and have small table discussions about masculinity.
Sexual assault, dating/domestic violence, and stalking are difficult topics. Resources are available. You are not alone.
