The Penn State Facilities Engineering Institute has released its Fiscal Year 2015-16 PSFEI Utility Usage Report.
The report is provided through a services contract with the PSFEI and services the entire Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education.
The report summarizes IUP's performance in the energy management arena during the prior fiscal year (2015-16) and historically across a five-year period.
