Each new student is issued an I-Card with an individual Banner ID number and a unique ABA number.
We need you to submit a photo for your I-Card!
I-Card Photo Guidelines
- Make it a headshot, from the shoulders up.
- Try to use a plain background, with any color besides red (so you don't blend in with the card).
- No hats—we want to see your face!
- Glasses are permitted, but not tinted sunglasses.
- No hand gestures of any kind.
- You are allowed to smile!
How to Submit Your Photo
Email culinary-arts@iup.edu.
- Use Subject Line: ID Photo for Your Last Name
- Attach the photo file
- In the the email, include your first and last name.
Note: The first replacement I-Card is free. Each additional I-Card is $15, so make sure you keep it in a secure location.
Using Your I-Card
You'll receive your I-Card on Welcome Weekend.
Once the card is validated, use the card to gain access to:
- Residence halls (if you live on campus)
- Library services
- Bus services
- Meal plans
- Sporting events
- Vending (including laundry and printing in the computer lab) using Crimson Cash
