Directions to Activate and Access Your Subscription Off-Campus

Step 1: Activate your group subscription membership

  1. Go to the Teaching Professor subscription page.
  2. Fill in the required fields under Account Information, then click Submit and Confirm.
  3. Click on The Teaching Professor logo or tab to read the most recent articles, search for content, or drill down by topic category. To view previously published articles by date, use the Monthly Archives feature in the right-hand column.

Step 2: Access the group subscription

  1. Go to the Teaching Professor website.
  2. If accessing from an on-campus computer, access should be available immediately. If you do not have access to the content, and if you registered in Step 1 above, click Sign In in the upper right corner. Enter your e-mail address and password, and click Log In. You should have access to all content on the site. To update your account settings, click on My Account in the upper right corner and select the appropriate option.
