Online Request for Paper or Electronic Copies

    $10 plus shipping and handling
All orders process through National Student Clearinghouse now instead of the Registrar’s Office.

The US Postal service is experiencing an unprecedented volume increase and limited employee availability due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. This will result in delays of the shipping of official transcripts. There are also delays with International mail, including instances where some countries are not accepting mail for certain periods of time. It is recommended to order an electronic transcript. Electronic transcripts are official, secure, and authenticated. Official electronic transcripts are sent via email or Electronic Exchange, the file sharing agreement IUP has with many universities, agencies, and organizations.
