Education, Training, and Instructional Technology Program

The IUP master's degree in Education, Training, and Instructional Technology is a new program built on over 40 years of experience in adult education and 20 years of experience in instructional design. The ETIT program employs a theory-to-practice approach that encourages students to relate course content to their careers and specific areas of interest.

Blended Format to Fit Your Busy Schedule

Designed for the working professional,course meetings are offered in the evenings. You can complete this program from the Indiana camps or entirely from a distance. The ETIT coursework engages students not only with projects, but with other students and the instructors for a rich rewarding learning experience. The entire master's program can be completed in two years attending part-time.

Distance Option through Video Conferencing

Thanks to our distance option, students can participate in the program from any location, an excellent option for the working professional. Flexible completion options allow students to complete the program without having to travel to classes in Indiana. You can attend courses through our video conferencing technology, allowing you to participate in live classes from your home or office.
