In cooperation with IUP, the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board has produced a DVD called Be Vocal, Be Visible, Be Visionary.
The DVD is based on a booklet of the same name and that was designed for college and university presidents to demonstrate how they can and should be a force in reducing and eliminating dangerous and underage use of alcohol. A copy of the thirteen-minute video was sent to all college and university presidents in Pennsylvania. The video features a discussion between PLCB Chairman P.J. Stapleton and IUP President Tony Atwater.
