Summer 2020 Student Employment Instructions:
The 2020 Summer Federal Work Study (FWS) applications are being sent to supervisors. Questions regarding a student’s eligibility should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your student is no longer working in your department after spring 2020 (5/8/20), please complete the Student Employment Change form.
If you are employing a new student in your department, after hiring the student through Hire a Hawk and receiving a work authorization email with your student’s start date, please complete the Student Employment Profile Sheet and send it to email@example.com. Please include “Summer 2020 Position” in the subject

in eTime on Monday 5/11/2020 until a summer 2020 profile sheet is
All printed paychecks will be mailed to the address on record and will NOT be available for pickup at the Payroll Office located at G11 Sutton Hall.
If you are in need of a copy of your W-2, active employees should first check your Employee Self Service profile for the electronic version. Separated employees and those
who have not yet elected an electronic W-2, please complete the W-2 Reissue Request form.
