University photographer Keith Boyer has provided these photographs of the recent demolition of Lawrence, Scranton, and Shafer halls, known as the Governors Quad.
The residence halls are being cleared to make way for the Crimson Suites, a 596-bed facility to be completed by Fall 2010.
The project marks the start of the Residential Revival's fourth and final phase. A groundbreaking ceremony will take place July 7, 2009.
