The Safety Sciences Career Fair for students/alumni in the Safety, Health, and Environmental Applied Sciences program will take place on September 28th. Interviews will take place the evening of the 28th as well as Friday, September 29th from 8:00-4:00 at the KCAC.

Join STATIC, as well as a number of campus and community mental health agencies, to discuss a variety of topics relating to suicide awareness and mental health and wellness for yourself and your friends.
ALIVE! resources will be on site with a number of different activities and resources, and will give away various prizes and gifts to guests.

The Mindfulness Living Learning Community offers meditation
sittings to any student, faculty, or staff member as an opportunity to learn the
practice and sit with others to meditate. It often goes better in a group!
The facilitator will offer a guided meditation to help you
along. No prior experience is necessary.

Conversation Corner is a relaxed atmosphere where both domestic and international students can meet, practice languages of interest, learn about cultures, and eat pizza. This event is open to all IUP students.

September is Suicide Prevention Awareness month. Join STATIC as we present “Pain, Hope, Questions, and Community: An Evening with Jamie Tworkowski, Creator of ‘To Write Love on Her Arms.’”
This is a free event. No tickets are required for entry, just show up! Seating is limited to the first 400 people, though, so come early to get your seat before the rush! Our mental health fair will begin at 4:00 p.m. in the HUB Atrium. Doors for the
main event will open at 7:00 p.m., and the show will begin at 8:00 p.m.
