HUB Parking Lot
Please be aware that, in accordance with the directives issued by IUP President Driscoll in his email dated Thursday, March 12, 2020, at 1:15 p.m. regarding coronavirus COVID-19 precautions and the prohibition of any program or event of 75 people or over, STATIC has canceled the Trip to Washington, D.C., scheduled for Saturday, April 18, 2020, departing IUP at 6:00 a.m.
In celebration of the National Cherry Blossom Festival, join STATIC as we travel to Washington, DC on Saturday, April 18! Buses will depart from the HUB Parking Lot at 6:00 a.m. sharp, arriving shortly after 10:00 a.m. at the National Mall. Buses will return from DC at 8:00 p.m. sharp, arriving back in Indiana around midnight.
I-Card tickets will be available for purchase on Monday, March 16, at the KCAC Box Office beginning at 10:00 a.m.
Venture around the city, and enjoy such sights as the Cherry Blossom vendors, the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture, the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, the monuments along the National Mall and Potomac Tidal Basin, and world-class eateries and shops.
Tickets will be $20, and limited to one per person and may only be purchased by an individual with an active I-Card who pays the activity fee. Students must purchase their tickets in person at the KCAC Box Office. The ticket includes busing to and from DC, group tickets to various attractions, and a suggested itinerary.
Ticket purchasers must ride the bus to and from DC — no exceptions! Tickets are not transferable or refundable.

The Lively Arts
Concurrent exhibitions showcasing works by
the Spring 2020 Master of Fine Arts candidates from IUP's Art
Department. These exhibitions celebrate the final stages of graduate
degree work and feature a wide variety of styles and media. The exhibits
are presented across three campus venues in Sutton and Sprowls Hall.
University Museum Hours: 2:00–6:00 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday,
Friday; noon-7:30 p.m. Thursday; noon–4:00 p.m. Saturday. Closed Sunday and Monday.
Kipp and Annex Gallery Hours: noon–4:00 p.m.,
Tuesday–Friday. Closed Monday, Saturday, Sunday and all university holidays and breaks.
This exhibit runs from March 31, 2020 to April 25, 2020

This is the 21st annual IUP Jazz Festival. Featured will be the IUP Jazz Band, led by Dr. James Flowers and the IUP Jazz Ensemble, directed by Dr. Keven Eisensmith. A featured guest artist will perform with both bands.
