Exhibit: Ned Wert, A Retrospective

The Lively Arts

This exhibition represents an outstanding 60+ year career as an artist, mentor, and educator. Paintings on display are from the artist’s personal collection and the University Museum’s permanent collection in addition to others generously on loan from private collections. The exhibit will also feature a video interview with the artist.

This exhibit is open Tuesday, January 26, through Saturday, March 20, in the University Museum, located on the first floor of Sutton Hall. The University Museum welcomes visitors during the following hours: 

2:00–5:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday,

Special Saturday hours of 2:00–5:00 p.m. on March 6, 13, and 20.

We begin with defining anti-racism. Experiencing self-reflection on where each person may be on their individual journey. Looking at actions that lead to being more than an ally.

Student can register to participate on Crimson Connect. Once registered, you will receive a Zoom link.

This workshop introduces the MLA documentation style (8th edition), including how to quote and summarize from an original source. It’s a hands-on workshop in which students see examples and do exercises. Topics include citing within the text, using signal phrases, creating the Works Cited page, and documenting online sources.
