October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month.  Join the Haven Project and learn about Domestic/Dating Violence, play a game, learn about upcoming events and resources, plus, get some Haven gear.

Come learn about a topic not covered in the classroom and enjoy free lunch with us.

This course, consisting of four classes, is designed to teach mindfulness and meditation skills. This is class number three. Prior registration required.

An informal panel of IUP faculty and staff will provide information on how to protect your privacy in a cyber world.  What is Your Privacy Worth?

Do you know how to determine if you or a friend is in a potentially unhealthy or unsafe relationship? Join the Haven Project, Sigma Chi, and Omega Psi Phi, Inc. for the viewing of the short film Escalation and a discussion afterwards to learn about the warning signs of unhealthy and dangerous relationships and what you can do about them.

Escalation is a film by the OneLove Foundation. It is an emotional film that recognizes the signs of domestic and dating violence. Trigger Warning: This film displays dating violence behaviors that may elicit strong feelings in viewers. Advocates will be on hand to discuss any feelings that arise.

Just Paws Therapy Dogs

The Just Paws Therapy Dogs will be on campus in the atrium in Elkin Hall today.  Come visit with your canine friends.

Be sure to get your Pup Bucks when you attend this event. Earn Pup Bucks every time you attend a Health and Wellness Promotion event. 

Pup Bucks add up and you can select a gift for certain amounts: $150 Pup Bucks = Keurig, $125 Pup Bucks = Ear Buds/Speaker, $100 Pup Bucks = Thick Blanket, $75 Pup Bucks = Fleece Blanket, Lesser amounts of Pup Bucks = T-shirts, Pens, Cups, etc.

Pup Bucks must be cashed in before December 6, 2019.

Most people use only a fraction of the many useful features in MS Word. This workshop focuses on  features that are easily overlooked or hard to find, such as renumbering pages, hanging indents, modifying internal margins, and inserting a table, chart, or table of contents.
