Rebecca Christoff Delia ’88 Named Senior Vice President at Financial Advisory Business

Stevens & Lee/Griffin announced that Rebecca Christoff Delia ’88 has joined Financial S&Lutions, the Platform’s financial advisory business, as senior vice president. In this capacity, Rebecca will work with colleges and universities in executing capital raises, including debt raises, sale/leaseback transactions and transactions involving derivative products.

Because of her extensive experience working with institutions of higher education on finance and operations issues, she also has joined Stevens & Lee/Griffin’s multidisciplinary higher education team, where she’ll play a pivotal role in developing products that will assist colleges and universities address their challenges and maximize their opportunities.

Rebecca has worked with colleges and universities, governmental and nonprofit entities in the Mid-Atlantic region in connection with all types of financing products. She has assisted with refunding and restructuring opportunities and transacted multiple new money, refunding and advance refunding issues, as well as term remarketings, including taxable and tax-exempt for both enhanced and unenhanced issues.

Throughout her career, Rebecca has participated in more than $1.7 billion in new bond issues for numerous colleges and universities and has prepared rating assessments and assisted with the rating process, including a number of initial ratings for clients, to support financing strategies.
Previously, Rebecca served as managing director of Public Finance for PNC Capital Markets, working closely with colleges and universities, public sector and non-profit clients.

Rebecca is a member of the advisory council for the Women’s Network of the United Way, a graduate of Leadership Harrisburg Area, and a Founding Board Member of Ladies First, a professional association of women engaged in the public finance industry.

She received a master of international management degree from the American Graduate School of International Management. Rebecca holds Series 7 and 63 licenses from FINRA.
