Clark and Eleanor Bouch

Clark and Eleanor Volansky Bouch, of McDonald, Ohio, celebrated their fiftieth wedding anniversary on August 27, 2011.

The party was attended by 200 family members and friends. Guests arrived from several states, including Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, West Virginia, and Washington.

Eleanor graduated from IUP in 1961 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Arts Education. She and Clark were married Sept. 2, 1961, at Blessed Virgin Mary Church in Sykesville, Pa., and have lived in Ohio since 1962. They have three sons, Joseph, Stephen, and Andrew, and two daughters, Christine and Amy. Clark and Eleanor have also been blessed with eight grandchildren. The anniversary couple received a trip to Branson, Mo., from their children and grandchildren.

All of Eleanor’s siblings also attended the celebration, which took place at Ciminero’s Banquet Center in Niles, Ohio: Michael Volansky, Betsy Woodling, and Georgeann Bianco.
