Following the recent cancellation of the production of Finding Neverland due to concerns regarding the rapid spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus), it was announced today that all remaining productions for the IUP Lively Arts Ovations Season and College of Fine Arts performances/events are canceled for this season. These performances will not be rescheduled, and there will be no other shows presented in their place. Also announced was the cancellation of the remaining exhibitions and events for IUP's University Museum and Kipp Gallery.

A complete list of the ticketed events that have been cancelled and will be refunded are as follows:

  • Finding Neverland
  • It's Just a Bunch of Hocus Pocus
  • West Virginia Dance Company
  • IUP Jazz Festival
  • The Acorn Project
  • IUP Bands: Chamber U2 Prism Collage

Patrons who purchased tickets to these events will be contacted by letter and email in the coming days to detail
the refund process. No action is required on the part of patrons who purchased tickets and wish to receive
refunds. Any questions regarding refunds should be directed to the Lively Arts at lively-arts@iup.edu or by
calling 724-357-2787 (ARTS) and leaving a message. Please note that the Office of Lively Arts is open, but staff
members are working remotely to help follow directives about social distancing and to actively minimize the risk
of transmission of the virus.

  • The University Museum Goes Downtown: Polish Posters Exhibition and Reception
  • BA and BFA Exhibition and Reception
