Informational sessions to review information and answer questions regarding benefits, COBRA, final pay, exit procedures, and filing for unemployment are being offered to faculty who have been retrenched and to AFSCME and SCUPA members who are being furloughed or transitioned to nine-month positions.
Sessions will be held via Zoom, and impacted employees have received personal calendar invitations to attend. While two sessions for each are being offered as noted below, both sessions will be identical and recorded, so there is no need to attend both. Supervisors of impacted employees should work with staff to allow them to attend at least one of the sessions.
