Gabriella Finn graduated from our Baking and Pastry Arts program in 2022. She completed her externship at Nemacolin in Farmington, Pennsylvania. Gabriella continued her education at IUP, earning her bachelor’s degree in hospitality management in 2025. After graduation, Gabriella launched her own business, Goodies By G, LLC. Goodies by G is a home bakery located in Altoona, Pennsylvania.
Gabriella was featured on Studio 814, a local lifestyle show airing on WTAJ-TV, where she promoted her new bakery.
Attending the Academy of Culinary Arts helped Gabriella further her baking knowledge, refine her skills, and gain the confidence she needed to start her own business and to be successful in the industry.
When asked what advice Gabriella would share with future students, she said, “Don’t be scared to follow your dreams. Anything is possible if you set your mind to it.“
