Students can learn about campus fitness and wellness resources at the Health Expo in the Oak Grove on Thursday, September 28. The event is sponsored by IUP’s Health Service and other offices in the Center for Health and Well-Being.

Medical Excuse for Missing Class

The Health Service does not have the authority to excuse students from class attendance policies determined by individual professors. We can provide a Verification of Illness form that may recommend a student remain out of class on a particular day/days due to a severe illness or injury.
