How do I make a complaint or comment about the Health Service?

If at any time during your visit you have a problem or concern, let a staff member know immediately. If they are unable to resolve it for you, ask to speak to the director. The staff will make your concern known to the director and you can discuss it as soon as possible.

If you have a problem or concern after your visit, you can choose to e-mail the Health Service at, or you may choose to call and ask to speak with the director. You can also stop in the lobby of the Health Service and fill out a comment/suggestion form located in the waiting room area. These are collected and reviewed by the director, and you can ask for a follow-up conversation.
