The Department of Finance and Economics is very pleased to congratulate Trey Rainey for his Honorable Mention placement in the CFA Society Pittsburgh's ninth annual Collegiate Financial Plan Competition.
Trey’s financial plan placed in the top 23 out of 222 submissions from 11 different schools.
CFASP partnered with the Financial Planning Association of Pittsburgh for this year’s competition, drawing expertise from a team of CFA volunteers from both Pittsburgh and Philadelphia to review and rank submissions.
Trey is pursuing a BS, accounting degree with a minor in economics. Trey’s submission was supervised by FIEC faculty member Namrata Saikia.
