The band will present a program of eclectic works with an international flare titled Tapestries. Guest artists include Therese Wacker, piccolo soloist, and Richard Sabino, conductor.
Selections will include “The Girl I Left Behind Me” by Leroy Anderson; “Lyric” by George Walker, arr. Cheldon Williams; “Three Places in England” by Jack Stamp; “Lyric Suite” by Gerald Finzi, arr. Moss; “Fantasy on ‘When Johnny Comes Marching Home’ for Piccolo and Band” by Robert Starer; “Florentiner March” by Julius Fucik; and “Schlagwerk Marsch” by Rosendo Santos, Jr.
