During this day, take some time to relieve stress, build self-confidence, and lay a foundation for your wellness through the rest of the semester and beyond. That might include making sleep a priority, eating well, exercising, avoiding or reducing alcohol
intake, or doing what you need to do to concentrate on you. The activities and resources on this page can help you achieve just that.
