spring break buses 2020

The return trip of the Spring Break Buses is officially canceled. All students will receive a 50% refund. If you paid with a credit card or Crimson Cash, you will receive your refund automatically. If you paid with cash, please visit the KCAC Box Office in person on Thursday, March 19, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Friday, March 20, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or Saturday, March 21, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. You may find it easiest to coordinate this with your move-out from your residence hall. After Saturday, the KCAC Box Office is closing for a few weeks and will not be able to process your cash refunds. If this represents an undue hardship for you, contact Lou Garzarelli at 724-357-2590 as soon as possible. See the email from Dr. Segar for full updates.

Spring Break bus tickets will be available to IUP students on Monday, February 3, at the KCAC Box Office. Sponsored by the Student Cooperative Association and STATIC, break buses will again travel to Harrisburg, Allentown, King of Prussia, and Philadelphia. The cost is $90 to $95, depending on the student’s final destination.

Buses will depart from the HUB Parking Lot, near the HUB Fitness Center entrance, on Friday, March 6, at 3:00 p.m. Buses will return to IUP on Sunday, March 15, at the times indicated on the individual bus information sheets.

Tickets go on sale on Monday, February 3, at 10:00 a.m. and are available in person at the KCAC Box Office until Wednesday, March 4, or until all tickets are sold. Students should purchase their tickets early, since break bus tickets usually sell out!

For more information, visit the KCAC Box Office in person or the Co-op's Break Bus website.
