During the week of Thanksgiving and over Winter Break, there will be changes in the schedule for CMS workflow submissions and publishing, and for the IUP Now newsletter and website.
Thanksgiving Week
CMS Website
Workflow submissions in the CMS will be paused over the Thanksgiving holiday, Wednesday, November 26, through Friday, November 28. Submissions received after 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 25, will be processed on Monday, December 1.
IUP Now
The IUP Now newsletter will not be distributed the week of Thanksgiving but will resume the following week on December 3. During Thanksgiving week, the IUP Now website will be updated on Monday, November 24, for Tuesday, November 25. Submissions received after noon on Monday will be reviewed for possible inclusion on the IUP Now website the following week.
Winter Break
CMS Website
Workflow submissions in the CMS will be paused over the winter break, Monday, December 22, 2025, through Friday, January 2, 2026. Submissions received after 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 19, will be processed on Monday, January 5, 2026.
IUP Now
The last issue of the IUP Now newsletter for the year will be sent on Wednesday, December 17. The first issue of the spring semester will be on Wednesday, January 21, 2026. The IUP Now website will resume regular updates the week of January 5, 2026.
