This Year's Information Assurance Day will be held October 29, 2015 in the Delaware Room of the HUB.
Each year, the Institute for Information Assurance, in collaboration with the Computer Science Department and IT Support Services, hosts Information Assurance Day (IA Day). This day-long event features nationally-recognized cybersecurity experts from law enforcement, government, the security industry, and academia.
This year's IA-Day include the following talks:
- “Information Assurance Challenges: Technical and Risk Management Perspectives;"
- “How Threat Intelligence Affects Business Risk;"
- “A view from the field: NSF Cybersecurity Challenges, Goals, and Opportunities;"
- “Monsters Hiding in Container Files;”
- “A New Paradigm in Managing America’s Digital Health;”
IA Day is open to the public, community colleges, and neighboring universities.
