Togetherall: People helping people

Did you hear? A new online peer-to-peer mental health resource is available to students!

IUP has partnered with Togetherall to provide students with free 24/7 access to online peer-to-peer mental health support.

We know this year has been tough, and as a student, you are likely juggling a lot of mixed emotions right now. This is why IUP has chosen to partner with a company providing virtual peer-to-peer mental health and wellbeing support—Togetherall.

Togetherall’s online community is clinically moderated by mental health professionals and offers students a safe and anonymous place to express their thoughts, concerns, and triumphs. Resources are free for students to use and are available 24/7/365. Students can draw strength and insights from peers who have real lived experiences, and they can access a range of self-directed, clinically validated tools to promote positive mental health and well-being. Togetherall integrates with IUP’s existing campus counseling services.
