A faculty member in the Department of Counseling and two students offered workshops at the recent conference of Mental Health America of Southwest PA.
John McCarthy and Joel Brown, a doctoral candidate in Counselor Education and Supervision, presented a workshop titled, “Design Thinking for Change Agents: Three (or More) Considerations for Success.”
McCarthy also presented with Emma Shannon, a student in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program, on “Hope-Helping in Mental Health.”
