Purpose of Fund
The Markovich ’74-Shutske Chemistry Scholars Fund shall provide scholarship support to undergraduate students enrolled full-time at Indiana University of Pennsylvania who are majoring in chemistry and best meet the established criteria.
Award Criteria
- Must be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student
- Must have a declared major in chemistry
- Must be a citizen of the United States
- Must be a resident of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
- First-year students must have maintained high academic standards during high school with a minimum grade point average of 3.0; upperclass students must have maintained a 3.0 GPA at IUP
- Preference will be given to students who have financial need
