It is funded by the citizens of Pennsylvania through an annual legislative appropriation and administered regionally by ArtsPath through the College of Fine Arts at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.     Artist residencies presented through ArtsPath and by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts are a minimum of ten full days to a maximum of 180 days for individual artists and a minimum of five days for companies and ensembles.
