Network Shares and Services

Personal Web Service

All staff, faculty, and students have a personal website that they can design. Files can be uploaded to the site through the H: Drive in the wwwiup folder.

Network Management

IUP network management includes the planning, operation, and maintenance of the university’s internet service.


IUP-Supported Smart Devices

The Technology Operations Team has developed a standard support model for IUP-owned mobile devices. This allows for an increased support level by technology staff across campus.

iwiki is a collaborative service that is available to campus departments, organizations, and committees. 

Admin Training Facilities

These facilities are available for faculty and staff to conduct small meetings, conference calls, or training programs.

Survey Services

Qualtrics is a survey program used by IUP for large survey distributions.

Multi-Factor Authentication

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) adds another layer of security, keeping your account secure even if your password is compromised. 

Service Continuity and Disaster Recovery Planning

The IT Services Service Continuity and Disaster Recovery works within the framework of the IUP Business Continuity Plan to respond to interruptions of essential business functions.

Telephone Services

IUP utilizes a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) phone system.
