Foundation for IUP

  • The Foundation for IUP is an independent nonprofit, charitable 501(c)(3) corporation, organized in 1967 to promote and support the educational purposes of IUP.

Indiana State College became Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1965. Inherent to university status was a need to invest in programs that would contribute to the quality of the university; therefore, the Foundation was founded two years later. Private dollars from generous individuals--including faculty and staff members and alumni--as well as corporate friends are providing a margin on excellence and establishing IUP as a university of national significance.

Visit the Foundation's site for more information or call 724-357-3184. The Foundation for IUP is located at 1011 South Drive, John Sutton Hall Suite G1, Indiana PA 15705. Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
