Katie Motycki (SAHE ’04) has been named NODA’s 2025 Outstanding Orientation, Transition, and Retention Professional. The award was presented at the association’s annual conference in San Francisco. She currently serves as the director of student orientation and transition programs at The Pennsylvania State University.
The Outstanding OTR Professional Award recognizes a NODA member who has made significant contributions to the field of orientation, transition, and retention. Honorees exemplify leadership and innovation, demonstrate active involvement within NODA, and make meaningful advancements at their institutions and in the broader profession.
