Mimi Benjamin

Mimi Benjamin, professor in the Student Affairs in Higher Education program, co-authored the recently published “Sport Management Themed Living Learning Communities: Enhancing the Academic and Social Development of College Students” in Innovative Pedagogical Practices in Sport Management Education.

With co-author Cara Lucia (Elon University), the chapter highlighted a qualitative study of the experiences of students in the Elon University Sport Management and Media living learning community and how their participation affected their well-being, social interactions, and academic efforts and outcomes.
