H2C and Hilario Molina presents La Tempestad: How COVID 19 Exposed The Government's Indifference towards South Texas

The Rio Grande Valley has been the epicenter of COVID19 in Texas, for the past two months.  80% of this area's population is of Mexican descent. We will explore the history of this impoverished area, the role of the "essential worker" in an area challenged by high rates of health issues, and limited health resources.
