As part of Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) "Come Get to Know Us” events, which provide communities across the state with an inside look at career opportunities and specialized units within the state police, members of the PSP Recruitment Services Section will be in and around the Oak Grove today, April 15, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Weather permitting, a PSP helicopter will be on site as part of the event, which is free and open to the community.
Attendees will have the chance to meet members of the state police, view equipment displays, and watch demonstrations while learning about the requirements to become a state trooper, liquor control enforcement officer, motor carrier enforcement officer, or police communications operator.
