The IUP Police Department has identified and taken appropriate legal action against the driver of the red pickup truck from campus mentioned in the message I shared with you on Friday, Nov. 21.
The driver, a juvenile from Indiana County, is not an IUP student.
IUP Police are continuing the investigation of a vehicle in the IUP Parking Garage throwing some type of firework out of the vehicle window the afternoon of Friday, Nov. 14. We will update you on this incident as information becomes known.
