Profile
Professor Duncan's research interests are varied and include higher education, law and policy, gender, and sexuality. She is currently exploring barriers to degree completion and how to facilitate student retention and persistence. Duncan is currently serving as the assistant diversity inclusion officer and deputy Title IX coordinator with the Social Equity and Title IX Office.
