    The State Employee Combined Appeal (SECA) is the annual charitable giving campaign for Commonwealth of Pennsylvania employees. The 2016 SECA campaign kicked off on September 6 and runs through October 28, 2016. Again this year, IUP employees can make a pledge via the ESS employee portal.

    The theme of this year’s campaign is “One Team, One Commonwealth.” We all have different reasons for giving and causes we care deeply about. With nearly 1,400 nonprofit agencies participating in SECA, you can easily find organizations whose missions align with your personal values serving local, regional, national, and global needs and causes.

    Tammy Manko, director of IUP’s Career and Professional Development Center, is the chair of this year’s SECA campaign at IUP.
