    The State Employee Combined Appeal (SECA) is the annual charitable giving campaign for Commonwealth of Pennsylvania employees. The 2015 SECA campaign kicked off on September 8 and runs through October 30, 2015. Again this year, IUP employees can make a pledge via the ESS employee portal.

    The theme of this year’s campaign is “Dream BIG.” We all have different reasons for giving and causes we care deeply about. With nearly 1,400 nonprofit agencies participating in SECA, you can easily find organizations whose missions align with your personal values serving local, regional, national, and global needs and causes.

    Dr. Mark Correia, dean of IUP’s College of Heath and Human Services, is the chair of this year’s SECA campaign at IUP.
