The District 10-0 Community Traffic Safety Project (CTSP) is a federally funded grant program through the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. The project goal is to raise public awareness about highway safety issues in the PennDOT District 10-0 counties of Armstrong, Butler, Clarion, Indiana, and Jefferson through education and targeted enforcement campaigns.

The Community Traffic Safety Project coordinator is a resource within these communities, promoting traffic safety. Working closely with media outlets, law enforcement and government agencies, educational institutions, and community groups, the shared goal is working towards zero traffic crashes and zero traffic fatalities. Spreading the message of the importance of safety when traveling in Pennsylvania is what will help us get to zero.

Focus areas include, but are not limited to: Bicycle Safety, Car Seat Safety, Mature Driver, Teen Driver, Distracted Driving, Impaired Driving, and Pedestrian Safety.

If you have a specific traffic safety need, please reach out for presentations, program development, materials, media coordination, and more.
