IUP Punxsutawney, the Punxsutawney Chamber of Commerce, and the Punxsutawney School District have teamed up to develop a pilot program to teach soft skills to a group of high school juniors and seniors.
Using expertise available through IUP, four programs will enhance employment skills such as communication (including nonverbal), conflict resolution, teamwork, DEI, and a 360-degree case-study perspective.
