This procurement technical assistance center is funded in part through a PTAP cooperative agreement with the Defense Logistics Agency.

The IUP PTAC provides outreach to five counties in Western Pennsylvania. Together with our partner at the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission, technical assistance is provided to firms located in Allegheny, Armstrong, Fayette, Indiana, and Westmoreland counties.
