Timothy Runge (professor, Educational and School Psychologist) and Joseph Kovaleski (professor emeritus, Educational and School Psychology) were invited by the National Association of School Psychologists to serve as expert panelists providing perspectives and advice on how schools can assess and progress monitor students' academic skills upon returning to school post the COVID-19 school disruptions and closures.

They also provide insight into how academic instruction can be resumed given major disruptions in instruction this spring.

This panel discussion serves as a preview to more in-depth sessions to be offered later this summer.
