Although there have been reports that the Department of Education may change the current guidance surrounding sexual misconduct on college campuses under Title IX, IUP continues to follow its existing policy in accordance with current state and federal law.
The university maintains its commitment to creating an environment free of discrimination, sexual harassment, and sexual violence.
